Foster  Tower

Foster Tower has 141 residential apartments, ranging from studios to two bedroom suites, and four commercial tenants: the restaurant Cheeseburger in Paradise, jewelry store Gold Hunter, GNC (General Nutrition Center), and Nani's Aloha Gift Shop.

The residential tower has the following amenities:

  • parking garage (not all units have parking stalls appurtenant to the unit; while some apartments have more than one parking stall)
  • guest parking stalls available to registered residential guests of the residential apartments
  • 24-hour guard service
  • secured building with fob, garage clicker and security camera system
  • heated, salt-water swimming pool
  • heated hot tub
  • gym
  • dry sauna
  • convenience carts for residential tenants
  • meeting room (can be reserved with guards)
  • coin-operated laundry room

Foster Tower is a truly mixed-use building: a large portion of the residents make the building their permanent home, while some use it as a second home.  Some owners rent out their units for vacation rental.  Please note that short-term rentals (less than 30 days) are strictly prohibited.  

We very much appreciate and enjoy our vacationing residents.  They bring an international flair to the building and we all benefit from sharing our cultural experiences.  Because Foster Tower is not a hotel or condotel, we need to remind our homeowners who provide vacation rentals to please inform their vacationing visitors about familiarizing themselves with the House Rules, registering with management and being mindful of the condominium nature of the project.  While we make every effort to make everyone's stay memorable and enjoyable, as with all condominiums, at times, there may be inconveniences, such as neighboring units undergoing renovations, or pool and elevator closures for maintenance. Unfortunately, we do not have the luxury of a hotel to isolate renovations to one wing at a time.   In exchange for these inconveniences, visitors benefit from what condominiums offer over hotels: full size kitchens with appliances, larger rooms and -- in most cases -- free parking stalls.  

We are very proud to have a large contingency of repeat visitors, who, over the years (if not decades!) have become a part of Foster Tower's Ohana.  We have built wonderful relationships and we mutually look forward to seeing each other year after year.  I think they will agree that there is no better place on earth to vacation!
